宮津には、日本三景にも選ばれている天橋立があり、大河ドラマ　真田丸にも登場した細川ガラシャが住んでいたことでも有名です。
お墓は、少し高台にあるお寺のとても見晴らしがいい所にあります。
丹後国熊野郡（今の京都府北部）に吉岡氏という一族がいたらしく、うちはその末裔なのかな、と勝手に妄想しています。
今までは、あんまり墓参りに行くことがなかったのですが、これからはちょいちょい行けたらなと思います。
天橋立は、山の上から見ると、海に突き出た砂州が面白い景観を作っているのがわかりますが、中を歩くと普通の松林です（笑）。
海辺を散歩するにはちょうどいい距離ですけどね。
